Tower Maintenance

Routine and emergency maintenance that keeps sites on air.

What this service is

In plain terms.

Tower maintenance is the recurring work that protects a structure and its site assets over their design life: inspecting members and fasteners, restoring anti-corrosive coating, verifying earthing and aviation lighting, maintaining the compound and shelter, and responding when something fails at two in the morning. It is measured by uptime, not by activity.

Scope of work

What a standard engagement includes. Anything outside this is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it is executed.

Scheduled structural inspection with a photographic condition report
Fastener re-torquing and member replacement
Anti-corrosive treatment, painting and galvanising touch-up
Earthing pit maintenance and earth resistance re-testing
Aviation obstruction light inspection and replacement
Shelter, compound wall, gate and fencing repair
Grass cutting, site cleaning and vegetation control
24x7 emergency breakdown response

Enquire about this service

An engineer who works on this specific service will call you back.

We use your details only to respond to this enquiry. We never sell or share them.

How we execute it

From enquiry to handover.

Six defined stages. You always know which one you are in and what closes it.

01

Site handover

We take an opening condition survey of every site in the scope, so improvement is measurable against a real baseline.

02

Maintenance calendar

A preventive schedule is agreed per site — monthly, quarterly and annual activities with named responsibilities.

03

Preventive rounds

Each visit produces a checklist, geotagged photographs and an exception list of anything needing correction.

04

Corrective work

Exceptions are quoted, approved and closed, with before-and-after evidence attached to the same site record.

05

Emergency response

A single escalation number, an on-call crew, and a committed response window for outage events.

06

Monthly reporting

Uptime, visits completed, exceptions raised and exceptions closed — one report per circle.

Before you commit

Questions buyers actually ask.

Answered directly, including where the honest answer is a qualification rather than a yes.

For sites in our core operating districts we commit to a crew on the move within two hours of a raised ticket, and physically on site within the window agreed in the SLA for that cluster.

Need tower maintenance?

Send us the site details and the scope you have in mind. If a survey is the sensible first step, we will say so rather than quoting blind.
