What this service is
In plain terms.
Two related services. DG provisioning places a correctly sized generator on your site — supplied, positioned, commissioned and maintained — with containment, weather protection and trailer options where mobility is required. Diesel management is the disciplined part: on-site fuelling with metered dispensing and a reconciliation trail, so that fuel spend can be audited against generator running hours instead of being taken on trust.
Scope of work
What a standard engagement includes. Anything outside this is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it is executed.
How we execute it
From enquiry to handover.
Six defined stages. You always know which one you are in and what closes it.
Load assessment
We measure or review the site load profile and confirm the right generator rating rather than over-sizing by default.
Supply & placement
The unit is delivered, positioned on a prepared base with spill containment, and weather protected.
Commissioning
Load test, alarm verification, auto-start check and a signed commissioning record.
Fuelling cycle
Scheduled and on-demand fuelling with metered dispensing and site-ID-tagged records.
Reconciliation
Monthly reconciliation of litres dispensed against run hours, with variance flagged in writing.
Maintenance
Preventive servicing continues under the IME schedule so the asset stays reliable, not just present.
