MGP Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is an IP1-licensed infrastructure and facility management contractor operating across Maharashtra since 2017. We build and maintain telecom towers, roads, buildings, HT/LT electrical networks and solar plants — and we keep them running with our own trained, statutorily compliant manpower.
Our story
Growth that followed the client, not the brochure.
MGP Infrastructure Private Limited was founded in June 2017 with a facility management and manpower mandate. The work was unglamorous — housekeeping, office support, deployed labour — and it taught the company the discipline that everything since has been built on: that a service is only as good as the attendance register, the statutory challan and the supervisor who actually inspects.
Clients then asked for more. A facility client needed an internal road. A road client needed the electrical connection. A telecom operator needed the tower foundation, the site power, the fibre and someone to cut the grass around the compound — and did not want four vendors to arrange it. Each new vertical was added because an existing client asked for it, and each one was added properly: with the licence, the equipment and the people, rather than by sub-contracting it and adding a margin.
That is how a housekeeping company ended up holding an IP1 licence from the Department of Telecommunications alongside electrical and civil contractor registration. Today MGP serves over one hundred clients across Maharashtra through six verticals — and the argument for us has stayed exactly the same since 2017: one accountable company, and nowhere for a delay to hide.

Incorporated in Pune
MGP Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is registered under the Companies Act, 2013 with a facility management and manpower mandate.
Civil execution begins
First roadway, pavement and compound-wall packages executed for industrial clients around Pune.
Electrical contractor licence
HT and LT capability added — 11 KV, 22 KV and 33 KV installation and transformer substation commissioning.
100+ client milestone
The facility management footprint crosses one hundred client sites across Maharashtra.
Telecom division formed
Tower installation, dismantling, OME and IME operations begin for telecom operators and tower companies.
IP1 Licence granted
The Department of Telecommunications grants Infrastructure Provider Category-I status — MGP can now hold passive telecom infrastructure directly.
Fibre and energy scale-up
Underground OFC laying, DG provisioning and diesel management scaled across multiple circles.
Solar & green vertical
Rooftop and ground-mount solar installation with long-term O&M added as the fifth vertical.

Every claim on this website is backed by a licence number, a statutory registration or a completed site. A procurement team can verify us before they ever pick up the phone.

When telecom, civil, electrical and housekeeping sit with four vendors, every delay becomes somebody else's fault. With MGP there is one contract and one team that answers for it.
Safety is not a document
Toolbox talks before every shift, PPE issued and logged, and a written risk assessment for every work spot — measured, not merely published.
