Vendor onboarding
Everything your procurement team is about to ask for.
Corporate onboarding does not begin with a portfolio — it begins with whether a vendor can be registered at all. Every licence and registration MGP holds is published here in full, so you can verify us before you contact us.

Operating licences
Three licences that decide who is allowed to bid.
These are not certifications a company buys. They are permissions granted by government authorities, and without them the corresponding work cannot legally be taken on at all.
IP1 Licence
Department of Telecommunications, Government of India
What it authorises
Infrastructure Provider Category-I — the licence required to own, install, lease and maintain passive telecom infrastructure such as towers, dark fibre, duct space and right of way.
Why it matters to you
Without an IP1 licence a company cannot legally hold telecom passive infrastructure contracts. It is the single hardest credential in our sector, and it places MGP on the approved-vendor track of national telecom operators and tower companies.
Licence certificate
Scanned copy of the IP1 Licence certificate, cropped and readable, for verification by a procurement team.
Electrical Contractor Licence
Government of Maharashtra — Electrical Inspectorate
What it authorises
Authorises execution, testing and commissioning of HT and LT electrical installations including 11 KV, 22 KV and 33 KV overhead lines and transformer substations.
Why it matters to you
A statutory pre-condition for any work energised above LT. Client insurance cover and safety audits both depend on the contractor holding it.
Licence certificate
Scanned copy of the Electrical Contractor Licence certificate, cropped and readable, for verification by a procurement team.
Civil Contractor Licence
Government of Maharashtra — Public Works Department
What it authorises
Registered civil contractor, permitting execution of roads, buildings, canals, drainage and allied public and private works.
Why it matters to you
Required for government, municipal and PSU tendering, and routinely asked for in private industrial pre-qualification.
Licence certificate
Scanned copy of the Civil Contractor Licence certificate, cropped and readable, for verification by a procurement team.
Statutory registrations
Every number, published — not summarised.
These are the identifiers a vendor registration form asks for. They are listed here so that your team can complete onboarding without waiting on an email from us.

Labour compliance
Why this section protects you, not us.
Under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, if a contractor fails to pay wages or deposit statutory dues, the liability falls back on the principal employer — which is the client, not the contractor.
This is the single largest hidden risk in outsourced manpower, and it is invisible until an inspection or a dispute makes it visible. MGP closes it by keeping every registration active and by handing over the monthly wage register and the PF and ESIC challans alongside every invoice.
You should ask this of every contractor you engage, not only of us. A contractor who cannot produce those challans is transferring their risk onto your balance sheet.
