What this service is
In plain terms.
Contract labour supply is a compliance service disguised as a staffing service. Under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, if the contractor fails to pay wages or statutory dues, the liability falls back on the principal employer — that is, on you. The value MGP provides is that this never happens: licence in place, wages paid on time, PF and ESIC remitted, and the challans placed in your hands every month.

Compliance pack
Monthly wage register, PF and ESIC challans and attendance shared alongside the invoice.
