Hospital Support Services
Ward boys, attendants and clinical-grade housekeeping.

What this service is
In plain terms.
Hospital support is housekeeping with clinical consequences. The same mop used in the wrong sequence spreads infection; the same waste bag in the wrong bin is a regulatory breach. Ward boys and attendants additionally handle patients directly, which demands training in lifting and shifting, in privacy and dignity, and in when to call a nurse rather than act alone.
Scope of work
What a standard engagement includes. Anything outside this is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it is executed.
How we execute it
From enquiry to handover.
Six defined stages. You always know which one you are in and what closes it.
Scope by zone
Cleaning protocol, frequency and chemical are defined separately for OT, ICU, wards, OPD and public areas.
Training
Staff are trained in infection control, biomedical waste rules, patient handling and patient dignity before deployment.
Health clearance
Medical fitness and required immunisation are completed before any person enters a clinical area.
Deployment
Round-the-clock shifts with a supervisor on every shift, not only on the day shift.
Audit
Infection control audits with your hospital's infection control team, and corrective action tracked to closure.
Review
Monthly review of audit scores, incidents, attendance and training refreshers completed.

Before you commit
Questions buyers actually ask.
Answered directly, including where the honest answer is a qualification rather than a yes.
Yes — lifting and shifting technique, trolley and wheelchair handling, patient privacy and dignity, and the clear boundary of when to call a nurse rather than act independently.
