The challenge
What the client was up against.
Four separate vendors covered cleaning, front office, pantry and gardening. Attendance was inconsistent, statutory compliance documentation was incomplete for two of them, and the client's own admin team had become the de facto coordinator between all four.
Our approach
What we actually did.
MGP consolidated all four scopes under one contract. Each area was surveyed, classified and given a written cleaning scope and frequency; headcount was derived from that scope rather than inherited from the previous vendors. Monthly PF and ESIC challans are handed over with the invoice, closing the client's principal-employer exposure.
