How quickly can a team reach a site in Pune?

Are the same licences valid in Pune?

Yes. The IP1 licence is issued by the Department of Telecommunications and is national in scope. The electrical and civil contractor registrations are issued by the Government of Maharashtra and are valid throughout the state, including Pune district.

How often should modules be cleaned?

In most Maharashtra locations, once or twice a month through the dry season and after any dust event. Sites near cement plants, quarries, unpaved roads or heavy bird activity need more. We set the frequency from your measured soiling loss, not from a generic schedule.

Does roof penetration cause leakage?

Not when it is done properly. Every penetration is sealed and flashed, and we photograph the waterproofing before the structure covers it. Leakage complaints almost always come from unsealed, unphotographed work.

Will you maintain a system somebody else installed?

Yes. We start with a condition and safety audit, list what needs correction, and then take the system into the regular O&M cycle.

How do I know the O&M is worth what it costs?

The monthly report shows generation against the expected figure for that month. If the performance ratio does not justify the contract, the numbers will say so — which is exactly why we publish them.
