Smart Irrigation & Water Management

Every plant gets exactly the water it needs — automatically.

What this service is

In plain terms.

Most landscape failures are irrigation failures. Too much water drowns roots and breeds fungus; too little kills plants in a single summer week; uneven coverage leaves some beds flooded and others dry. Smart irrigation divides the landscape into hydro-zones by plant water need, delivers water by drip to beds and trees and by sprinkler or pop-up to lawns, and runs it on automatic controllers that respond to weather and soil moisture. Paired with rainwater harvesting and treated-water reuse, it turns a garden from the largest water consumer on a campus into one of the most efficient.

Scope of work

What a standard engagement includes. Anything outside this is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it is executed.

Water audit — source, pressure, quality and seasonal availability
Hydro-zone irrigation design by plant water demand
Drip irrigation for trees, shrubs, hedges and planters
Sprinkler and pop-up rotor systems for lawns
Automatic controllers, solenoid valves and multi-zone scheduling
Soil-moisture sensors, rain sensors and Wi-Fi / app-based smart controllers
Rainwater harvesting, recharge pits and storage for garden use
STP treated-water integration with filtration for landscape reuse
Pumps, filters, fertigation units and pipe network maintenance

Enquire about this service

An engineer who works on this specific service will call you back.

We use your details only to respond to this enquiry. We never sell or share them.

How we execute it

From enquiry to handover.

Six defined stages. You always know which one you are in and what closes it.

01

Water audit

We measure source capacity, pressure and water quality, and total up the landscape's actual water demand by season.

02

Zoning & design

Lawns, beds, trees and planters are separated into zones so each gets its own schedule — the core of water saving.

03

Layout & BOQ

Pipe network, emitter and head spacing, valve boxes and controller positions drawn and costed line by line.

04

Installation

Trenching, mains and laterals, valves, heads and drippers installed; trenches reinstated without damaging existing planting.

05

Commissioning

Pressure testing, head-to-head coverage check, controller programming and a catch-cup uniformity test for lawns.

06

Monitoring & upkeep

Seasonal re-scheduling, filter flushing, emitter cleaning and leak checks, with water-consumption reporting.

Before you commit

Questions buyers actually ask.

Answered directly, including where the honest answer is a qualification rather than a yes.

Moving beds and trees from hose watering to drip, and lawns to zoned, sensor-controlled sprinklers, typically saves 30–50% of garden water — often more where the previous system ran on fixed timers through rain.
