What this service is
In plain terms.
Pre-engineered building erection is assembly under load. Rafters carry the roof from ridge to eaves; purlins and bracing hold the frame square and resist lateral load; panels close the envelope. The sequence matters as much as the components — temporary bracing must hold the frame until the permanent bracing is in, and a panel fixed to an unsquared frame will never seal.
Scope of work
What a standard engagement includes. Anything outside this is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it is executed.
How we execute it
From enquiry to handover.
Six defined stages. You always know which one you are in and what closes it.
Foundation & anchor check
Anchor bolt positions and levels are verified against the frame drawing before any steel is lifted.
Frame erection
Columns and rafters erected in sequence with temporary bracing maintained throughout.
Alignment
The frame is plumbed and squared, and only then are connections finally torqued.
Bracing & purlins
Permanent bracing, purlins and sag rods installed to make the structure self-stable.
Panelling
Roof and wall panels fixed with correct laps, fasteners and sealing.
Handover
Torque records, alignment readings and photographic documentation of concealed connections.
