Are the same licences valid in Mumbai?

Yes. The IP1 licence is issued by the Department of Telecommunications and is national in scope. The electrical and civil contractor registrations are issued by the Government of Maharashtra and are valid throughout the state, including Mumbai district.

Which grass should we choose?

Mexican grass is hardy and low-cost for large areas; Korean grass gives a dense carpet look for ornamental lawns; Bermuda / Doob handles heavy foot traffic and sports use; Paspalum tolerates poorer water quality. We recommend after checking your sunlight, traffic and water — not the other way round.

Ready turf gives a usable lawn in 3–4 weeks and resists weeds from day one. Sprigging and seeding cost less but take 2–3 months to fill. Most campuses choose turf for visible areas and sprigging for large background zones.

Why do lawns turn yellow in patches?
